Zusammenfassung

Malvern Panalytical Eindhoven seeks a Site Lean Leader to embed Lean Business Principles - the Spectris SBS framework - at our X-ray tube production site. You will partner with colleagues to translate standards into improvements that strengthen performance, capability and culture.

This is a hands-on role: you will run improvement activities, lead the site’s daily management routines, and work shoulder to shoulder with team leaders and shop floor teams on live issues, building ownership for SBS.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Lean deployment or transformation.
• Experience coaching leaders and delivering measurable improvement.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

• Lead Site Transformation & Deliver Results aligning with Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving to improve operational performance.
• Build performance visibility through metrics and daily management routines.
• Run Kaizen and improvement activity delivering value.
• Manage improvement portfolio to timelines, resources and benefits.
• Lead on the floor with daily management and escalation processes.
• Develop local SBS talent and coach site leaders in SBS methods.
