Job summary

Manpower Netherlands seeks a Technical Operator/Site Engineer for the Den Haag region to join a major e-commerce operations site. You will troubleshoot first-line technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, document malfunctions, and support automated sorting equipment across shifts.

The role offers a direct contract, travel allowances, and on-the-job training to advance technical skills. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with three shifts, a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,650,

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• Driver’s license (B) and a car.
• Eagerness to learn and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work at different locations.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and troubleshooting first-line technical issues.
• Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Documenting malfunctions and solutions in internal systems.
• Supporting the continuity and performance of automated sorting equipment.
