Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a finance professional to advise site leadership on financial and operational matters, and to act as a finance business partner across cross‑functional teams.

You will lead month‑end and year‑end close, analyze full P&L performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive initiatives to improve financial and operational performance through clear stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
