Job summary

Alstom is seeking a Site Controller to lead and coordinate the financial activities of three production sites (Rotterdam, Ridderkerk, Utrecht). You will partner with management to provide accurate, timely financial information, drive performance, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in finance, Master’s degree, and strong FP&A, site-controlling and leadership capabilities in an international setting. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance; Master’s degree required.
5 to 10 years of relevant finance experience.
Experience in site controlling, project controlling and FP&A.
Fluent English; Dutch preferable an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted financial partner to the Country Finance Director and site leadership.
Monitor, forecast, and analyse sites financial performance and KPIs.
Set targets and manage cost control to maximise site performance.
Validate financial data, budgets, rolling forecasts and Capex.
Coordinate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across sites.
Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control standards.
Lead the sites controlling team and drive continuous improvement.
