Job summary

Venquis seeks an experienced Security Incident Response Team Lead to head the SIRT within our SOC. You will manage security analysts across cyber, IT, OT, DLP, and physical security, guiding incident response and shaping our security posture.

The role emphasizes people management, process improvements, and collaboration with leadership to allocate resources and drive end-to-end security initiatives, with potential for remote work and a strong emphasis on coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in security, preferably in multinational environments.
• Master's degree and professional security credentials (CISM, CISSP or SANS GSOC/GSOM).
• Proven ability to monitor, investigate and improve security incidents.
• Broad experience across IT, OT or Physical Security domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SIRT team, guiding analysts across cyber, IT, OT, DLP and physical security.
• Own staffing, performance, and process improvements within the SOC and SIRT channels.
• Provide strategic guidance for incident response and security posture enhancements.
• Coordinate resource allocation and collaborate with leadership on end-to-end security processes.
