Job summary

SONION INC is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to develop 3D models and virtual prototypes for hearing aid and pro-audio products. You will work with FEM and SPICE tools to predict performance, validate results, and support production-ready designs.

Working with Senior engineers and cross-functional teams, you will explore design boundaries, perform feasibility studies, and contribute to design specifications while creating documentation for knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of FEM theory and Lumped Element Modeling (LEM).
• Experience with FEM-based software (COMSOL, ANSYS) or SPICE simulators (OrCAD, LTSpice).
• Able to write technical documentation and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct modeling and simulation tasks within project constraints.
• Develop and test computational approaches for new technologies.
• Validate models against measurements and prepare presentations of results.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support IP process by generating invention forms and documenting findings.
