Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets.
• Manage and mentor shop floor staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to address production challenges and new product requirements.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience
