Job summary

Selko, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Indianapolis production facility. You will lead production teams, ensure safe, efficient manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality standards and KPIs.

You will manage staffing, coordinate daily activities, and partner with maintenance, supply chain, and operations to deliver reliable performance and people development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to manage production schedules and staffing priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

C - Weekend Day (6 am - 6 pm) Week1: Fri/Sat/Sun, Week 2: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun

As Shift Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. You will coordinate daily production activities, optimize staffing and scheduling, maintain quality and HSE standards, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
