Introduction

Do you stand firm between crates of cucumbers and crates of kiwis? Good, because in our fresh packing department you are the captain of the line. You divide up the work, keep a tight rein on the pace and ensure that everything is packed to perfection. Fresh, fruity and always with an eye for quality.

Function

What you will do

Your shift = your stage. You manage the team, check that everything is running smoothly and intervene if anything goes wrong. Materials, planning, line staffing - you keep everything under control. And new colleagues? You make sure they quickly feel at home and can get on well.

Briefly:

• Managing the packaging team (fruits & vegetables).
• Ensuring products go out the door correctly and on time.
• Oversee materials, staffing and process quality.
• Induct new employees and motivate your team.

Job Requirements

This is what we are looking for in you

• Flexible working 2 shifts.
• Experience leading in production - AGF or food? Additional points.
• You understand or learn at lightning speed how packaging processes work.
• Handy with scheduling systems and production data.
• You communicate clearly and know how to motivate people (without a megaphone).
