Job summary

Mifa Aluminium B.V. in Venlo zoekt een Service Technician die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhouden en herstellen van geavanceerde productieapparatuur. U analyseert storingen, voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en vervangt elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische componenten.

U werkt aan revisies en aanpassingen samen met Engineering, leest technische tekeningen en werkt in een 2-ploegendienst. Een hands-on instelling en veiligheid/en kwaliteitsbewustzijn zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau technische opleiding of vergelijkbare ervaring.
• Ervaring in industrieel onderhoud, technische service of machine maintenance.
• Sterke kennis van elektrische en mechanische systemen.
• Kennis en ervaring met hydraulische systemen.
• Ervaring met troubleshooting en technische fault diagnose.
• In staat om zelfstandig technische problemen te analyseren en op te lossen.
• Moet elektrische en mechanische tekeningen en schema's kunnen lezen.
• Praktische en hands-on attitude t.o.v. onderhoud en reparaties.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewuste werkhouding.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels of Duits.

Responsibilities

• Storingen analyseren en technische machinefouten diagnosticeren.
• Oorzaken identificeren en juiste reparatiemethoden bepalen.
• Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren.
• Elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische componenten repareren en vervangen.
• Kleine en grote machine-overdrachten uitvoeren.
• Interne kalibratieprocedures uitvoeren.
• Machines modificeren samen met Engineering.
• Machines en apparatuur test na reparaties of modificaties.
• Technische tekeningen en schema's lezen.
• Onderhoudsactiviteiten, gewerkte uren en gebruikte materialen registreren in het onderhoudssysteem.
• Technische tekeningen/schemata bijwerken indien nodig.
• Technische projecten ondersteunen en samenwerken met externe leveranciers.

Join Mifa in Venlo as a Service Technician and keep advanced production machinery running through maintenance, troubleshooting and technical repairs.

Over de functie

As a Service Technician at Mifa, you will be part of the Technical Services department and responsible for keeping production machinery and technical installations reliable and operational.

You will work with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical failures and performing repairs and overhauls. You will independently analyse machine problems, identify their root causes and determine the correct repair method.

Your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and analysing technical machine failures
• Identifying root causes and determining the correct repair method
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Repairing and replacing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components
• Carrying out partial and complete machine overhauls
• Performing internal calibration procedures
• Carrying out machine modifications together with Engineering
• Testing machines and equipment after repairs or modifications
• Reading and working with technical drawings and electrical and mechanical schematics
• Recording maintenance activities, working hours and used materials in the maintenance system
• Updating technical drawings and schematics when required
• Supporting Technical Services projects and cooperating with external suppliers
