Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer to join a global, leading compressed air manufacturer delivering major projects across the Netherlands.

You will service, maintain, troubleshoot and commission industrial air equipment including compressors, dryers, blowers, nitrogen generators and filtration systems, drawing on strong mechanical, electrical and control-system fault-finding skills.

Qualifications

• Strong technical compressed air expertise and field service experience.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and control faults.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair industrial air compressors, dryers and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical and control systems and resolve them.
• Install and commission compressed air systems at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and build relationships with customers.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer required to join a global, leading compressed air manufacturer with major projects and significant investment in its service team across the Netherlands.

The successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of industrial compressed air equipment, including compressors, dryers, blowers, nitrogen generators and filtration systems.

The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer must have strong technical compressed air expertise who wants to work on major industrial projects. The manufacturer is prepared to offer an exceptional package to secure the best talent.

• Service, maintain and repair industrial air compressors, dryers, blowers and associated equipment.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and control system faults.
• Install and commission compressed air systems at industrial customer sites.
• Provide technical support and build strong customer relationships.
• Cover the Netherlands remotely, attending the site near Leiden weekly.
• Strong experience servicing industrial air compressors, ideally rotary screw or oil-free systems.
• Proven field service experience with a compressed air manufacturer or specialist distributor.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical and fault-finding capabilities.
• Experience with three-phase electrics, motors, controls and compressor systems.
• Full driving licence, willingness to travel and ability to attend the Leiden site weekly.
