Job summary

Voet Energy Solutions in the Netherlands seeks a Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for questions, reports, and malfunctions related to our installations. You ensure issues are addressed quickly, assign the right people and keep customers informed, while maintaining an overview in busy times.

You will coordinate with technicians, planning and workshop colleagues; analyze issues, document actions and strive to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• A technical background through education or work experience.
• Calm demeanor under busy conditions with a clear overview.

Responsibilities

• Handle service inquiries and malfunctions in a controlled, structured manner.
• Receive service and malfunction reports and assess the situation.
• Analyze the technical issue and determine the next steps.
• Coordinate with technicians, planning and workshop colleagues.
• Monitor progress and keep customers and colleagues informed.
• Carefully document reports, actions and solutions.
• Suggest improvements in service and processes.
