Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to relocate to Malta. The role requires end-to-end ownership of customer service contracts, strong English communication, and leadership across onshore/nearshore/offshore teams.

You will help renew contracts, manage commercial elements, and drive continuous service improvements. This is a full-time onsite position with visa and relocation package support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ service delivery management experience in IT Support/Managed Services.
• Strong English communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and communicate issues clearly.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and process-driven delivery.
• Organised, delivery-focused with excellent time management.
• Leadership qualities with teamwork and influence at senior levels.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction; ITIL certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end ownership of customer service contracts.
• Build relationships to renew managed service contracts year on year.
• Manage commercial elements of contracts.
• Coordinate ITIL-based incident, problem, change and release processes.
• Liaise between onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered with excellence.
• Provide reporting on SLAs and KPIs to customers.
• Develop and execute service improvement plans with customers.
• Drive continual service improvement with the team.
