Job summary

Manpower in the Netherlands is seeking a system sales admin coordinator to manage booking service contracts, generate quotes, and verify service cases in GSMS/SAP. Strong English language skills and SAP experience, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential for success.

This full-time role offers a €3,500 gross monthly salary, travel allowance, and access to the Manpower Academy, along with on-site facilities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Handling of billable and preventative maintenance quotes
• Collaborating with key stakeholders in the service organization
• Coordinating activities related to service operations
• Executing SAP transactions
• Maintaining daily workload/dashboards/incoming communication
• Booking services contracts
• Handling TAC requests
• Occasionally carrying out credits and re-billing
• Collecting required data to complete service-related quality records
• Administrating and archiving quality records into Servicemax
• Installing base investigations/corrections
• Performing other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of service activities
