Job summary

Super Micro Computer in Noord-Brabant, Netherlands seeks a Test Engineer to ensure quality and functionality of products during production. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, strong computer architecture knowledge, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing, preferably electronics/hi-tech.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture; DOS/Windows/Linux a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing familiarity a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; data analysis tools like Minitab/Power BI a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• MB/Add-On-Card/RSC/Memory/Backplane Incoming Quality Control
• Execute Visual Inspection / Function Test / Flash firmware for MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards /Memory/Back panel
• Fault isolate and identify root causes for failed MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards/Memory/Back panel
• Perform ECO and rework
• Develop scripts or batch file for testing
• Perform stress tests or other similar tests of production products
• Support system test and debug
• Support works on the production line
• Willing to do assigned tasks as required by the company
• Support testing supervisor and technicians
• Reporting status of testing area
• Testing capacity and equipment availability
