Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior packaging/production/warehouse experience, preferably with IT hardware.
• Familiarity with packaging technology and materials for fragile equipment.
• Basic understanding of server/networking hardware handling and anti-static precautions.
• Comfort using hand tools, pallet jacks, or packaging machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, label and prepare server/networking hardware for shipment.
• Maintain accurate location and order status in internal systems.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installations as required.
• Route and manage power cords and ensure packaging meets WWT standards.
• Keep assembly line supplied with components and follow safety procedures.
