flatexDEGIRO SE operates Europe’s leading online brokerage platform and is expanding its marketing team with a focus on improving organic visibility across markets. As an SEO/GEO Analyst, you’ll combine data-driven analysis with high-quality content to optimize for traditional search and AI-powered discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and refining strategy across markets.

You’ll work on content production, keyword research, performance monitoring and projects like link building

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on in SEO or digital content optimisation.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
• Experience with translated or localised content for multiple markets.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Semrush.

As a SEO/GEO Analyst, you will join our marketing team with the mission of improving flatexDEGIRO’s organic visibility across international markets through search-led content optimisation, data-driven analysis and adaptation to AI-powered search experiences.

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with curiosity, enjoys working with data and content, and is interested in the possibilities of AI within search. Someone who likes exploring new developments, collaborating with different teams and continuously improving performance.

This is what you'll do

As a SEO/GEO Analyst, you will help improve flatexDEGIRO’s visibility across traditional search engines, AI Overviews and LLMs. You will work on content optimisation, keyword and search intent analysis, performance monitoring and SEO/GEO projects such as content production, link building and Digital PR.
You will:

• Contribute to SEO/GEO projects across different areas, including content production, link building and Digital PR.
• Monitor flatexDEGIRO’s visibility across search engines, AI Overviews and major LLMs.
• Optimise content for traditional search engines, answer engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify content optimisation opportunities.
• Translate, review and improve German-language content, ensuring it is accurate, natural and aligned with SEO best practices and our tone of voice.
• Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Semrush to analyse performance and inform recommendations.

You’ll bring us these skills

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, technical curiosity and a collaborative mindset, with a strong interest in and knowledge of search, content and AI.

You bring:

• 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, digital content optimisation or a related field.
• A solid understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation and technical SEO basics.
• Experience creating, reviewing and optimising content for organic search.
• Experience working with translated or localised content across different markets.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Semrush, or similar platforms.
• The ability to analyse performance data, identify opportunities and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity and experience with AI-powered search developments, including AI Overviews, answer engines and Large Language Models.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research, content analysis, optimisation or workflow improvement.
• Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
• Experience within finance, investing, brokerage or another regulated industry is a plus.

You understand that strong SEO fundamentals remain essential while AI creates new ways for people to find and engage with content.
