Job summary

Sia Partners in Amsterdam is looking for a Senior Consultant for Vulnerability & Patch Management to oversee the complete vulnerability lifecycle in cloud environments primarily on GCP. You will operate the Vulnerability platform and lead risk prioritization efforts while collaborating with various teams to ensure embedded security.

The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of cybersecurity experience, expertise in vulnerability management, and strong communication skills in English and Dutch. Opportunities include remote work and professional development.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on vulnerability and patch management.
• Strong expertise with the Tenable One platform or willingness to transition.
• Solid understanding of Windows/Linux systems and networking.
• Strong analytical and prioritization abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the Vulnerability & Patch platform.
• Lead risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities.
• Design and oversee patch management processes.
• Track remediation SLAs and report on risk exposure.
• Collaborate to embed security into workflows.
• Maintain awareness of emerging threats and CVEs.
• Support audits and continuous improvement.
