Da Vinci Trading in Amsterdam is seeking an Experienced Trader to join a high-caliber team of researchers and engineers. You will generate profits through volatility trading, manage risk across your desk and help shape the firm's competitive edge.

The role rewards performance with a EUR 100k base salary, strong upside via variable pay and equity, plus a relocation package for candidates moving from abroad and extensive expat support.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a trader in volatility trading with profitability.
• Deep understanding of volatility trading, market making and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of how markets function.
• Desire to work in a team environment and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Generate profits through volatility trading by position taking and market making.
• Risk management of your portfolio and desk.
• Improve and refine our trading infrastructure and setup.
• Devise new trading strategies for current prospective markets.
