Job summary

Panda International is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician – Utilities for a 12‑month contract at a modern, highly automated pharmaceutical site in the Netherlands. The role is hands‑on and on‑site (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), covering HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, chilled water, boilers and building automation with an on‑call rotation.

You will perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with teams and vendors, and

Qualifications

MBO-level education or equivalent technical experience.
Experience in maintenance, utilities, facilities or industrial installations.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, chilled water, boilers or process utilities.
Strong mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work 5 days on site and join the on-call rotation.
Experience in GMP environments preferred.
Knowledge of SAP PM or CMMS and familiarity with building automation systems (BMS/BAS).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on utility systems and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and control-related issues.
Coordinate with colleagues, contractors and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Support reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in the on-call rotation supporting critical utility systems.
