Job summary

Bright Alley (part of Conclusion) is seeking a Senior Test Manager to set up and monitor test processes within complex ERP projects. You will develop test strategies, organize test activities, and collaborate with project teams and QA to ensure quality and risk visibility.

You will independently manage test processes for new clients and ongoing projects, driving continuous improvement and clear reporting of test results to stakeholders. Hybrid work and client-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test management, strategies, and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in ERP environments, preferably SAP and OutSystems.
• Certification as TMAP Next Test Manager or ISTQB Advanced Test Manager.

What's the job all about?

As a Senior Test Manager, you are responsible for setting up and monitoring test processes within complex ERP projects. You ensure that quality and risks are clearly visible and that processes run in a structured and controlled manner.

Organize and coordinate test processes in complex SAP and OutSystems projects

Monitor the quality of implementations and identify risks

Develop test strategies that make processes predictable and repeatable

Collaborate with project teams, key users, and the Quality Assurance team

Report test results and risks to stakeholders

What this looks like in practice

You develop and implement test strategies that provide insight into project quality and risks. You independently organize test processes for new clients and ongoing projects, working closely with project teams, key users, and colleagues in the QA team. You contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of testing methodologies. Through clear analyses and reports, you help stakeholders make informed decisions and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a natural coordinator of testing activities. You communicate clearly at all levels and can make complex QA processes easy to understand. You enjoy working in a dynamic, client-focused environment alongside colleagues who are equally motivated.

Your Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in test management, test strategies, and methodologies

Certification as TMAP Next Test Manager or ISTQB Advanced Test Manager

Knowledge and experience in ERP environments, preferably SAP and OutSystems

Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent

Experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies

Analytical, results-driven, and client-focused mindset

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be present at client locations

Immediate permanent contract for 32-40 hours per week

Salary range: €60K - €85K/year including holiday allowance
