Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the NATO IT Modernization (NITM) Programme, delivering private cloud SDDC solutions in NATO-secured environments. The role provides hands-on test engineering, verification, and validation across enterprise infrastructure and cloud capabilities.

Based onsite at The Hague, Netherlands, with travel to NATO sites, you will develop, automate, execute, and document tests, manage test plans and defects in Jira, and collaborate with Platform, Network, and

Qualifications

8–12 years of relevant experience or 6–10 with a Master's degree.
Active NATO Secret clearance (or higher).
Hands-on test engineering or QA for large-scale infra, cloud, or modernization programmes.
Experience with test plans, test cases, and traceability documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop, automate, execute, and document test procedures for private cloud SDDC modernization.
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and customer acceptance testing.
Translate requirements into test cases and RTMs with traceability.
Maintain automated test capabilities using scripting and IaC workflows.
Collaborate with Platform, Network, Firewall, IaaS, DevOps, and product teams.
Manage test cases, results, defects, and evidence in Jira and related tools.
