Job summary

Leidos in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Mid-Test Engineer to support the I&T team on the NATO BMD SEIT contract. You will lead and perform project test activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and help drive successful test executions across an international team.

The role requires English fluency, NATO security clearance, and the ability to communicate confidently in UK English. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical field with 15 years’ experience or Master’s with 12 years’ experience.
Active NATO Secret level security clearance; Top Secret preferred.
Strong English speaking/writing/listening; on-site work conducted in English; NATO STANAG 6001 level SLP3333.
Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, mission orientation, and pride in work.
Willingness to collaborate with multinational stakeholders and lead as an independent contributor.

Responsibilities

Support the I&T team in test verification activities and exercises.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, architectures, and procedures; analyze results.
Maintain project schedules and estimate test effort; interface with customers and stakeholders.
Communicate readiness statuses and briefing post-mission results to customers.
