Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to prepare test cases and perform testing of products to meet quality assurance standards. You will design and execute automation frameworks, use VB macros and GUI automation, and contribute to efficient test generation.

You will also design test plans from business requirements, ensure peer reviews, and collaborate with development teams to capture tests, run UAT, and report progress with timely dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience with test planning from business requirements and testable requirements.
• Knowledge of model-based testing approaches and automation.
• Experience automating test life cycle and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Strong reporting skills and ability to provide dashboards of test progress.

Responsibilities

• Author test planning aligned with business requirements and testable criteria.
• Implement Wipro's testing methods using Model-based testing and automation strategies.
• Ensure test cases are peer reviewed and minimize rework.
• Work with development to capture test cases and manage versioning.
• Set testing scope, perform UAT, and automate lifecycle steps with VB macros and GUI automation.
• Design and maintain automated tests and timely test status dashboards.
