Job summary

Keylane’s LeanApps team is hiring a Technical Application Engineer to keep LeanApps environments stable, secure and performing well. You will troubleshoot production issues across Oracle Database, WebLogic and Linux and own deployments, upgrades and monitoring.

You will automate routine tasks with scripting, contribute to preventive improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software for Life & Pension customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and Oracle WebLogic in production environments.
• Experience administering Linux systems (Red Hat preferred) and patch management.
• Proficient in scripting (Shell, Python) and automation tools (Ansible or Puppet).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production incidents across Oracle Database, WebLogic and Linux.
• Coordinate deployments, patches and upgrades to minimize risk and downtime.
• Monitor health and capacity, identify recurring issues and drive preventive improvements.
• Support certificate renewals and connectivity across platform, database and security teams.
• Automate routine tasks and keep runbooks up to date.
• Collaborate with development, platform and customer teams and communicate progress clearly.
