Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of new compute regions across Amsterdam, London and Europe. You will coordinate hardware handover, acceptance testing and production readiness with hardware, networking, capacity and platform engineering teams under tight timelines.

Qualifications include leading technical projects, cross-team coordination, calm communication under pressure, and a strong ownership mindset with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.
Ability to coordinate across many engineering teams and drive alignment without formal authority.
Calm, decisive communication under pressure, including during live incidents.
Strong ownership mindset and thorough documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of region and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover.
Coordinate capacity acceptance: validation, quotas, monitoring, sign-off.
Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, GPU teams.
