Zusammenfassung

TRACT BV is seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager with deep expertise in food and agriculture supply chains to drive the economic and human rights dimensions of sustainability. You will convene senior leaders, orchestrate Technical Working Groups, and translate alignment into shipped features within our SaaS platform.

Reporting to the VP of Product & Sustainability, you will partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver practical methodologies, track impact, and build industry

Qualifikationen

• Background in social science, economics, or development studies.
• Expertise in core economic and social sustainability issues in agri-supply chains.
• Statistics or data analysis experience with livelihoods and rights.
• Existing network in the agri-sustainability sector.
• Strong facilitation and communication to align senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and quick learning with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Sustainability Forum at the C-suite level.
• Facilitate Technical Working Groups and steer roadmap priorities.
• Own TWG outcomes from methodology to shipped features.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption post-launch.
• Track sector developments and translate to platform implications.
• Represent TRACT at industry events and build partnerships.
