Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a compassionate team delivering person-centred care to individuals in Leek, Staffordshire. You will work alongside the Supported Living Manager to coordinate outcome-focused support that increases independence and keeps people at the centre of all life decisions.

Your role includes developing and leading the team to enable tenants to have a high quality of life, ensuring personal, practical, emotional and social support at all times,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a support team in learning disability or related settings.
• Ability to coordinate personalised care plans and outcomes.
• Commitment to person-centred approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the team to enable tenants to have a high quality of life.
• Ensure personal, practical, emotional and social support is delivered at all times.
• Assist the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring high quality care and support.
• Be part of the wider Staffordshire Supported Living Services.
