Job summary

Creative Support are looking for a Senior Support Worker in Leek to lead a passionate team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

You will work with the Supported Living Manager to coordinate and deliver outcome-focused care, helping people to increase independence and stay at the centre of decisions about their lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported living or care settings is desirable.
• Committed to person-centred care and independence.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading the team to enable residents to have a high quality of life.
• Be responsible for ensuring personal, practical, emotional and social support is delivered at all times.
• Assisting the Supported Living Manager/Registered Manager to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Being part of the wider Staffordshire Supported Living Services.
