Senior Spare Parts Coordinator

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be central to ensuring the smooth creation and delivery of spare parts packages for advanced logistics systems. From concept to final delivery, you’ll take full ownership of the process, working closely with Project Execution, R&D and Service Implementation teams to ensure every detail is accurate and on time.

This role goes beyond coordination, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that combines organization, stakeholder management, and technical understanding.

  • Executing the daily operations and assuring timely delivery of quotations.
  • Collecting spare parts information from third‑party suppliers to create complete packages.
  • Maintaining and processing technical and logistical data accurately in internal systems.
  • Proactively following up on Spare Parts Package quotations to keep projects on track.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and leading the implementation of smarter, more efficient processes.
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the internal organization.
  • Driving structural improvements, resulting in increased customer experience and improved effectiveness or efficiency.
You are our ideal candidate if you
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or comparable fields.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in coordination, planning, or stakeholder management roles.
  • Have a solid understanding of technical concepts and enjoy working with technical documentation and spare parts data.
  • Pay attention to detail and are familiar with how individual parts fit into a larger system.
  • Are a natural organizer, skilled at multitasking and keeping things on track.
  • Communicate effectively and adapt easily to different people and situations.
  • Enjoy learning and are motivated to continuously improve processes.
About the Team

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Spare Parts team within the Business Unit Supply. The Spare Parts department is globally responsible for the portfolio management, sales, planning, ordering and delivery of Vanderlande’s material handling spare parts. The department is divided into three sub‑teams:

  • Sales and Portfolio Management – responsible for item control, portfolio management, and sales order management/support. You will be part of this team.
  • Logistics – responsible for material planning, ordering, operational supplier management, warehousing, and outbound logistics of spare parts.
  • Strategy and Transformation – focusing on developing strategy and executing strategy related projects and changes.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4,200 to € 5,000 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
