Job summary

WEBB Traders is seeking an industry expert to build a competitive, proprietary trading software stack, partnering with traders and engineers to deliver high-performance systems designed for speed, precision and long-term advantage.

Based in Amsterdam or Paris, you will contribute to a fast-growing team with a culture of open collaboration, boundary-free entrepreneurship, and data-driven decision making. You will work across markets with a global reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in the trading world.
• Expert-level C++, with strong skills in low latency / high throughput systems, databases, systems architecture, and networking.
• Proven track record of delivering results and making a tangible difference.
• Clear, concise communication in English; French would be a plus for Paris office.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the proprietary trading software stack used by traders and engineers.
• Collaborate closely with traders to understand requirements and with engineers to implement robust, scalable solutions.
• Deliver high-performance systems with speed, precision and measurable impact in production.

• Deep industry experience: 5+ years of engineering within the trading world - you know the landscape
