We’re partnering with a leading telecom provider that’s rewriting the rules of digital connectivity—fast, smart, and built to scale. They’re growing quickly and investing in future-ready tech, and they’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer Integration (TIBCO CE) to help lead the charge.

In this role, you won’t just be maintaining systems—you’ll be modernising them from the ground up. From designing high-impact APIs to transforming legacy platforms, you’ll play a key part in shaping the infrastructure that keeps millions connected. What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and scale API integrations using a next-gen iPaaS platform
• Migrate legacy systems into modern, cloud-ready environments
• Design and deliver resilient APIs using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, REST
• Help refine governance and development processes—so teams can build smarter, faster
• Work closely with product, engineering, and ops to co-create real-world solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of integration
• Support system reliability and accessibility for the people who count on them every day

What Sets You Up for Success

• 5+ years of experience in integration engineering—TIBCO BW, EMS, REST APIs, and containerization are part of your toolkit
• Experience with scalable architecture (microservices, API platforms, or similar)
• Comfortable with hands-on API development in Java or C++
