Our Governance teams handle a critical and intricate domain that is fundamental to our customers' success. This involves ensuring robust entitlements, precise usage metering, secure user access, reliable identity management and enterprise tenant management. We empower customers with clear insight into their platform usage and the tools to act decisively.
We're looking for leaders who can shape our future. If you have a compelling vision for how the team and Mendix should evolve in this domain, we are eager to hear your ideas. While our teams operate with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll be part of an encouraging and collaborative network. You'll need to work closely with other teams across Mendix, especially since many Governance topics inherently span multiple teams and services across the platform.
We are strong advocates of our own technology; therefore, a keen interest in the Mendix low-code stack is essential. We are a hybrid company and expect you to join the office one to two days a week. More is never a problem.

The salary range for this position is €80-90,000 annually, and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
