Swisscom's Rotterdam IT hub is shaping the next generation of mobile services within the Mobile Enabling & Transformation area. You will work with engineers to automate, modernize platforms, and drive service orchestration, management, inventory, and infrastructure automation.

Joining a team of experts, you will influence architecture, own end-to-end stakeholder needs, and accelerate delivery using Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• A degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable technical field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering stakeholder-centric solutions in complex environments.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous self-learning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms, including containers, Helm, and GitOps practices.
• Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD toolchains such as Git, GitLab Pipelines, and FluxCD.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering efficiency and solution delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience building modern frontend applications and user interfaces.

Allowances

Contract terms

• To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract
