Job summary

R&C Request GmbH in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Java/Kotlin engineer to build production-ready applications for leading Dutch clients. You will design cloud-native, microservice and event-driven architectures and advance engineering quality through AI-assisted development.

Requirements include 10+ years with Java/Kotlin, Spring/Quarkus, cloud, CI/CD, and distributed systems, plus excellent English and strong communication. Residence near Amsterdam or Utrecht is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Java/Kotlin and the JVM ecosystem.
• Experience in consulting environments is a KO criteria.
• Strong expertise in Spring/Quarkus, cloud, CI/CD and distributed systems.
• Excellent English, strong communication skills and residence near Amsterdam or Utrecht.
