IC Resources in Delft is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer / Team Lead for SoC bring-up to head the validation group and drive bring-up, tape-outs, and test automation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital circuits including memory and MCU architectures.
• Proven track record leading teams delivering validation and test automation for SoC.
• Experience with firmware debugging and real-time troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SoC validation projects including bring-up and tape-outs.
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure SoC quality.
• Manage validation team in Delft and coordinate with Bring-Up engineers.
