Domaine Europe is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee complex Shopify-focused ecommerce projects from inception to completion. You will mentor junior PMs, support department initiatives, and maintain strong client relationships while driving process improvements.

Based in Delft with hybrid work options, you will contribute to a growing agency known for innovation in commerce, empowering brands to lead the market and deliver client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, especially in ecommerce or digital products.
• Expert understanding of Shopify, including admin management, data migrations, and integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to handle challenging client interactions independently.
• Self-directed and proactive, able to lead projects with minimal oversight.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement for self and team.
• Reliable partner in collaboration with a focus on team success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead multiple complex projects from inception to completion, on time and within scope and budget.
• Maintain high billable time (80%) while overseeing project teams and resource utilization.
• Act as a proactive consultant to identify opportunities for project savings and timeline improvements.
• Manage project dependencies, critical paths, and workback plans, and mitigate risks.
