Job summary

Proven track record of using service design to simplify intricate workflows in SaaS or B2B products.

Responsibilities

Build the service ecosystem for Platform Engineering and map end-to-end service journeys.
Drive continuous improvement across systems and enable design thinking at scale.
Shape AI-enabled developer experiences across discovery, self-service, docs and automation.
Define the strategic vision and ownership of undefined spaces within the internal developer platform.
Consult on UX/UI excellence and ensure features align with platform logic.
Partner with Product, Technology, and Data Analytics to turn complex data into blueprints and roadmaps.
Articulate value of service methodologies to senior stakeholders.
