Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Senior Manager to own complex security programmes across Critical National Infrastructure and industrial environments. You will lead client engagements and build the team's technical capability while operating Netherlands-wide in a hybrid model (Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• Proven track record leading complex security programmes in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of ICS/SCADA, DCS, PLC, IIoT security challenges.
• Strong familiarity with OT security regulations and frameworks (NIS, NIS2, CAF, CRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OT security projects in regulated environments.
• Act as primary client contact, building trust-based relationships.
• Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops.
• Identify and articulate risks at project, business, and technical levels, delivering proportionate mitigation strategies.
