Anduril Industries seeks a senior Security Manager – Netherlands to establish and lead the sovereign Dutch defense security program. You will oversee accreditation, act as Beveiligingsambtenaar, and report directly to the Netherlands Board on threat posture, compliance, and regulatory matters.

You will design the PERSEC lifecycle, conduct NL investigations, and implement training that balances strict compliance with startup velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, International Relations, Criminology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive security leadership in Dutch defense/intelligence/military.
• Experience certifying Dutch MOD facilities under ABDO regulations.
• Direct experience as Beveiligingsambtenaar (BVA) interfacing with MIVD.
• Proven expertise in personnel security vetting (VGB) and insider threat programs.
• Executive briefing experience to corporate Boards, counsel, and military officials.
• Ability to build security infrastructure from scratch without bureaucratic templates.
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken); active security clearance (VGB).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end accreditation for the Netherlands site with MOD/ABDO.
• Act as Beveiligingsambtenaar for Anduril NL and liaison to MIVD.
• Report to Netherlands Board; brief on threats, compliance & readiness.
• Oversee PERSEC lifecycle: onboarding, vetting, transfers & off-boarding.
• Run NL security investigations, incident response, regulatory reporting.
• Serve as SME on Dutch defense regs, state secret protection & EU directives.
• Build localized security training for compliance and velocity.
• Coordinate with regional and international security leadership.
