Your tasks will include the following R&D programs as examples:
• Remaster Meat: Provide analytical support around fat/fatty acid speciation and phospholipid support.
• Reimagine Wellness: Offer analytical support in the development of target (non-volatile)molecules. Targets can originate from modeling as well as complex natural modulator systems.
• Reimagine Simple: Support clean-label product development with analytical expertise.

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated advanced technical knowledge in chromatographicseparations (LC, IC, GPC, SEC, etc.) coupled with various detectors (UV, ELSD, RID, MS, etc.), sample preparation, and automation.
• Organic Chemistry Knowledge: Ability to translate acquired analytical results intomeaningful stakeholder information.
• Educational Background: Ideally, you have a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry with more than 3 years of industrial experience or an MS degree in Analytical Chemistry with more than 9 years of industrial experience in sample preparation, automation, chromatography, and other relevant analysis techniques.
