Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an enthusiastic Scientist to join the Bio Technology Solutions Vaccine Formulation team in Boxmeer. You will work hands-on in formulation development, contributing to adjuvant formulations and stabilizers while collaborating closely with Associate Scientists and project teams.

The role involves executing experiments, writing reports, and ensuring operations adhere to GLP/GMP guidelines; there is potential progression to lead responsibilities as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in scaling up chemical production processes.
• Familiarity and expertise in laboratory operations.
• Experience working under GxP guidelines and familiarity with MPS methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles and transfer methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on lab work as part of the BTS Vaccine Formulation team.
• Ability to set and manage expectations, performance goals, time commitments, resources and risks in a measurable way.
• Initiates and maintains up-to-date MS project files and Connectivity updates; transfer methodologies followed when applicable.
• Discusses assignments with project teams; designs and plans experiments based on guidelines and timelines.
• Motivate a multidisciplinary team to work together toward common goals and compliance.
