Job summary

TMC in the Netherlands is seeking a Formulation Operator to prepare and formulate vaccines and pharmaceutical products in a modern GMP production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are paramount. This role provides ample opportunities for internal training and career growth.

You will work with mixing tanks up to 5,000 liters, perform CIP/SIP, document steps, ensure compliance with GMP and GDP, and contribute to improvements with a close-knit team of about 20 colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and formulating vaccines and pharmaceutical products.
• Working with fixed and mobile mixing and brewing tanks up to 5,000 liters.
• Preparing, inspecting, and releasing raw materials, filters, and materials.
• Performing CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) processes on equipment and installations.
• Recording process steps and checks according to GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Identifying and resolving deviations and process disruptions.
• Collaborating with colleagues from production, quality, planning, and technical support.
• Contributing to improvement projects and optimizations within the department.
