Job summary

Flosum in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem to shape the future of DevSecOps, data protection, and security on Salesforce.

You will own the multi-year product roadmap across five lines (DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva) and work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to deliver category-defining products for Fortune 100 customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Proven track record shipping products that enterprise customers adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
• You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
• Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
• Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
• Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and multi-line portfolio: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria; hands-on execution.
• Collaborate with CEO and engineering leadership to deliver category-defining products.
• Engage Fortune 100 customers to understand pain points in Salesforce development, security, and data management.
• Track KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
