Job summary

TwoPurpose in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Salesforce consultant to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will design and implement Salesforce configurations, train end users, and collaborate closely with customers to identify and respond to emerging requirements.

With 3–4 years of hands-on experience and at least four Salesforce certifications (including one cloud), you will help manage projects, maintain budgets, and mentor junior colleagues while

What will you do?

• Together with colleagues, you will work out business requirements;
• You will design and implement solutions in Salesforce using the latest technologies and standards;
• You will guide and train end users in their Salesforce environment;
• You work closely with the customer, identifying needs and responding to them;
• After implementation, you will support the customer with questions and adjustments;
• You guide and support junior colleagues with advice and assistance;
• You monitor your own schedule and keep an eye on the budget;
• You are alert to developments in your field and apply them;
• You will contribute internally to TwoPurpose with improvements to our processes and practices and securing or sharing knowledge through knowledge sessions.

• Salary between €5,100 and €6,400 gross based on 40 hours;

Who are we looking for?

• A completed HBO or WO education;
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbally and in writing;
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions;
• At least 4 Salesforce certifications, including 1 cloud certification;
• Ability to keep multiple balls in the air and perform under pressure;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong consulting skills, analytical qualities and you delight in complex challenges;
• A pleasant communication style and you know how to enthuse and convince others;
• Experience with Scrum/Agile is a plus;
• Experience with NPSP/ NPC/ Converse/ Findock is a plus;
