Job summary

Monks is a Salesforce and Lifecycle Marketing Platform Consulting Partner. We seek a highly motivated Salesforce Architect to lead technical design and delivery on Salesforce projects, focusing on Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data 360, and Core clouds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 8+ years of Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Sales Cloud experience.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and new Salesforce platforms such as Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, Data 360 and Agentforce is preferred.
• Experience with writing SQL and AMPscript.
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration architectures between platforms.
• Experience working with client teams and consulting staff through full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including products from the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated marketing programs with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly-complex solution design and set guidelines, standards, and roadmaps.
• Own the blueprint and integration strategy across Marketing Cloud Engagement/Next, Data 360, and Core platforms.
• Lead data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies across Data 360.
• Oversee secure API integrations connecting client data lakes, websites, and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Participate in strategic discussions on innovation and new platforms.
• Represent the CRM Team in events, forums, and on-site meetings as needed.
• Support pre-sales efforts to define scopes of work and estimate effort.
