Commercial Strategy & Leadership
Lead the development and execution of global and local commercial strategies, including go-to-market and distribution plans. Facilitate global commercial leadership meetings, prepare strategic business cases, resolve commercial challenges, and support key partnerships.
Analytics, Forecasting & Performance Management
Deliver business analytics and country reviews, oversee commercial reporting and controlling, and provide accurate demand forecasts. Collaborate with Finance to ensure performance tracking and budget alignment.
Distributor Management & Market Expansion
Drive distributor planning by identifying new channels, onboarding partners, and executing market-specific distribution strategies. Maintain strong distributor relationships, manage inventory levels, and implement return-minimizing strategies.
Contract & Pricing Oversight
Monitor reimbursement and market access principles, support contract negotiations, manage pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and margins, and maintain country-level price lists.
Operational Support & Tools
Act as the global contact for country operations, gather requirements for commercial tools (e.g. CRM, reporting), and ensure commercial policies and SOPs are current.
Project Leadership
Lead or contribute to cross-functional commercial projects, representing commercial strategy in initiatives such as product launches.
