Job summary

Us3 Consulting in Eindhoven, Netherlands seeks an experienced IAM consultant to lead onboarding of business applications into SailPointIdentityIQ and to shape identity governance workflows. The role requires hands-on development, policy engine familiarity, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IAM, depth in RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, and proficiency with CI/CD and cloud/LDAP integrations.

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication with stakeholders and ability to gather requirements.
7+ years of professional IAM experience.
Hands-on development with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Experience with policy engines like OPA/OPAL is highly preferred.
Experience implementing RBAC/ABAC, PBAC frameworks.
Design and development of complex workflows, rules, policies, and forms.
Onboarding applications to SailPoint and building SailPoint workflows.
Experience with IAM certification processes and enforcement.
Familiarity with Identity Lifecycle Management processes.
Experience with CI/CD automation and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Validate and implement functional and non-functional onboarding of business apps into IAM.
Align with architecture for target solution and deployment design.
Configure onboarding using standard IAM functionality per principles and processes.
Own end-to-end onboarding from intake to acceptance.
Drive standardization and automation, sharing pipelines with SailPoint teams.
Participate actively in Scrum/SAFe ceremonies.
Coordinate and verify realization of designed capabilities per specs.
