  • Practical experience with safety loss prevention and process safety methods and software such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHAST, Flaresim, Pipenet, Vessfire, BowTie, CFD tools or equivalent.
  • Strong team spirit with clear, structured communication skills in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to interface effectively with clients, class societies, shipyards, vendors and third‑party consultants.
  • Autonomous and pragmatic, with a constructive mindset and sound engineering judgement.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating risk assessments into practical design solutions.
  • Proactive, curious and motivated to improve safety‑by‑design practices and share knowledge within the team.
