Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Support risk owners in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor and partner risks.
• Prepare risk reporting for management and shareholders.
• Act as a functional lead for Risk Management Information System.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and chair internal risk committees and initiatives.
• Foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.
